🍁 A little note to ease into your Saturday ✨

Notes from my home to yours 💕

Happy weekend, Reader!

We had our first Nor’easter of the season early this week. Does anyone else feel like the coziness indoors levels up several notches during stormy weather? It’s quite possibly one of my favorite things during the fall and winter cozy season - snuggle under a blanket, hot drink in hand and settle in for some comfort shows.

I also took the opportunity to take some time refreshing the visuals in the evening salon. The evening salon is simply the living room. I heard an owner of a French Chateau call one of her living rooms that and I thought it was a perfect name to call my own room! If you scroll all the way down, you’ll see some photos that didn’t make it into the social media post 💕

I’ve also been practicing careful observations of nature this season. I’ve decided to work on a project that requires the intentional noticing of the natural world around me. It can be in the yard or the woods I frequently walk or even the shoreline. It’s a practice that invites slowing down and being present. I find it really helps to re-regulate my often dysregulated nervous system.

Have you been doing anything to intentionally slow down this season? Do you have any plans to?
